COURSE DESCRIPTION

WELCOME TO ANNUAL HOSPITAL TRAINING 2015

Annual Hospital Training is an important part of NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital’s commitment to We Put Patients First and to our providing high-quality, compassionate and reliable care in the safest environment.  Each year, we are all required to review information which is vital to ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, coworkers and ourselves.

By going through this training program, we are reinforcing information we should already know.  Throughout the year, we review much of this important material during Patient Safety / Experience Friday™, in huddles, and in staff meetings.  The better prepared each of us is, the better able we are as an institution to care for those we serve by ensuring the best possible outcomes for every patient.

Thank you for taking the time to actively participate in this mandatory program…and for your dedication to We Put Patients First.

Steven J. Corwin, MD
Chief Executive Officer
